Return Policy

We cannot offer any returns or exchanges, except in cases where an item arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect.

If the item you received is damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or is the wrong item:

  • Please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving your order to receive return instructions.

  • You can reach us by email at [email protected] or by phone at (213) 629-2112 during business hours (10 AM – 6 PM PST, Monday – Friday).

Important Notes:

  • All returns must be securely wrapped and packaged.

  • Amberman is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Once the returned items are received, our Quality Control Department will inspect them. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately in the original form of payment.
