Our Return Policy
We cannot offer any returns or exchanges, with the exception of broken items.
If the item you received is damaged, doesn’t match the listing description or it’s the wrong item:
Please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving your order to get the return instructions. You can contact us by email at [email protected] or by calling our office at (213) 629-2112 during business hours (10 am – 6 pm Monday – Friday PST).
Note: All returns must be wrapped and packaged securely. Amberman is not responsible for damaged returns that are poorly packaged – no refund will be issued in this case.
Once the items are received by Amberman, they will be inspected by our quality control department. Your return will be processed immediately upon the completion of inspection. All refunds are processed in the original form of payment.
