Q: what is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for buyers?

A: We do not have a minimum number of items required to place an order. We do, however, have a minimum order value requirement of $150.

Q: does amberman have a physical storefront location i can buy from?

A: Amberman is an online only wholesaler. However, you may buy from us in person at trade shows we attend throughout the year. Be sure to check our upcoming events to see where you can find us next!

Q: is all of your amber jewelry genuine?

A: Amberman is deeply committed to carrying only authentic merchandise. For over 30 years, Amberman has been a trusted seller of genuine Baltic Amber jewelry.

Q: where do you source your amber jewelry?

A: All of our Baltic Amber jewelry is sourced from Poland and crafted by trusted Polish artisans. We source our jewelry ethically and sustainably.

Q: what are your prices and how are items priced?

A: To see all of our prices, you must create an account with us. From there, you will be able to see all of our wholesale prices. Our jewelry is priced by the gram, and the weights are listed on their product pages along with our prices once you login.

Q: are the prices i see on your website wholesale?

A: Yes, every price that you can see when logged in is the wholesale price. We are a wholesale only company and do not sell to retail clients.

Q: What is the price per gram for your jewelry?

A: Our prices per gram vary widely depending on the designer and manufacturer. For that reason, there is no standard/average price-per-gram we can give that could easily apply to every item. Don’t worry, every product on is already pre-priced for you to avoid confusion and pricing discrepancies! 

Q: How can i find a specific kind of jewelry on your site?

A: The menu at the top of your screen (on desktop) and and the top left of your screen (mobile) lists the main categories of jewelry we carry. Hover over the options (or click the arrows if on mobile) to see subcategories. In the shop page, you can also use filters to see more specific search results. 

Q: how do i place a wholesale order on your website? what payment methods are accepted?

A: To place an order with us, all you must do is add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Be sure to add any promo codes you have recieved via newsletter or our website during checkout! accepts three payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card, and Wire Transfer.

Q: Can i place my order over the phone/by email?

A: No. All of our stock is kept track of through our our online system. We cannot place orders on your behalf, put items in your cart, or choose items for you.

Q: How are your products shipped? Can i request an alternate shipping method?

A: We typically ship our products within 1-3 business days via UPS. You may certainly request an alternate mode of shipping, just be aware that there may be extra charges required once your order is placed depending on the method you have selected. Additionally, if you are outside the Unites States, international shipping rates will most likely be higher what is listed at checkout.

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
