You may return the item(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund, replacement or store credit of the original purchase amount. Please note that shipping cost and insurance fee are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping costs and insurance fees.
All merchandise must be in original, undamaged, unused condition with labels and/or tags, and in their original packaging to be eligible for refund. There is 15% restocking fee for all returns in this category.
Note: Present return can NOT contain previously purchased items.
Note: All returns must be wrapped and packaged securely. Amberman is not responsible for damaged returns that are poorly packaged – no refund will be issued in this case.
Once the items are received by Amberman, they will be inspected by our quality control department. Your return will be processed immediately upon the
completion of inspection. All refunds are processed in the original form of payment.
If the item you received is damaged, doesn’t match the listing description or it’s the wrong item:
